1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:
- For the UAE:
Delivery Time: 1-2 business days.
Shipping Fee: AED 15 for orders under AED 100.
Free Shipping: On orders of AED 100 and above.
- For All Other Countries:
Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.
Shipping Fee: AED 150 for all international orders.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and other factors beyond our control.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed the next business day.
Please allow additional processing time during weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping Fee: AED 15 for orders below AED 100.
Free Shipping: On orders of AED 100 and above.
- All Other Countries:
Shipping Fee: AED 150 for all international orders
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided on the carrier's website. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.
